I had Shawn, RED technician, re-level two toilets that had been installed too high on one side. Shawn was great. He leveled both toilets perfectly level, replaced the wax rings, caulked and cleaned up after he was done. Shawn was friendly, respectful, on time and completed the job to my satisfaction.
