I had Shawn, RED technician, re-level two toilets that had been installed too high on one side. Shawn was great. He leveled both toilets perfectly level, replaced the wax rings, caulked and cleaned up after he was done. Shawn was friendly, respectful, on time and completed the job to my satisfaction. Thank you RED for hiring experienced, knowledgeable and courteous technicians and staff.
R.E.D. did an excellent job moving some plumbing and installing a new bathtub. They finished the job more quickly than anticipated, and left the work area spotless (and in fact, actually cleaned other areas of the house on the way out). Based on this experience I would highly recommend them.
